Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately cease all use. Continued use after any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes. These Terms govern your entire relationship with the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service, or the minimum age required by local law. By registering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. Unauthorized or underage use is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. The service may request proof of age at any time.
Account Security
Certain features require you to create an account with a valid email and password. You agree to keep your credentials confidential and to notify support immediately of any unauthorized access. All activity under your account is presumed to be yours. You are responsible for any losses incurred due to compromised credentials.
Permitted Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include distributing malware, spamming, or infringing intellectual property rights. You must not circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
User Content
All content you submit remains your property, but you grant the service a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, and display that content. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to grant this license. The service may remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law. You agree to indemnify the service against any third-party claims arising from your content.
Pricing and Payment
Access to certain features requires payment of fees as indicated at the time of purchase. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or charges. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.
Subscription Renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You can disable auto-renewal via your account settings. Disabling auto-renewal prevents future charges but does not refund the current period. No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial billing cycles.
Modifications and Updates
The service may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Major changes affecting functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when feasible. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised service. No compensation is due for modifications.
Termination
The service may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms, security reasons, or operational needs. Notice will be provided when practicable. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any downloaded materials obtained through the service.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license to use the service. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action. This clause survives termination.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through informal negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration or court of competent jurisdiction. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded.
